Though I have been to various exercise classes in the past, this was my first time working so intimately with a trainer and I felt SO nervous at having such close attention on me. Especially as neither of us had paid much attention to ensuring we took regular exercise for longer than we would care to admit!
Right from before the first session Laura made me feel completely at ease. She creates sessions I enjoy (there are certain exercises I REALLY do not want to do) and manages to tailor the sessions so that both me and my partner feel we have worked hard on the areas we each need to focus on. I have also discovered that I actually LOVE battle ropes.
I feel much fitter in myself, and more confident in my body's abilities since we started our work together!

After plenty of recommendations from friends who attended Laura's boot camp, I booked 1-on-1 PT sessions with her nine months after the birth of my 3rd child. Given I was postnatal, I wanted to get back into shape safely, build up my strength, and increase my general energy levels.
Laura is incredibly personable, and her approach is warm, encouraging, dynamic and fun. She planned sessions in accordance to my needs, had a brilliant playlist and pushed me at the right moments, which left me feeling like I really achieved something and that I was on track.
I built up the confidence after my block of PT to join weekly boot camp sessions which is a highlight of my week now, with the uplifting beats/music, fun company and physical challenge. I cannot recommend Laura enough if you are looking at trying out PT, or if you want to be a part of her supportive boot camp community 💪.
