Training Outdoors
Any form of physical exercise has its benefits but nothing releases those endorphins quite like training in the elements.
With clients who enjoy training outside, I like to find stunning settings where we can be absorbed in nature and find ways to mindfully move our bodies. This might involve a run, ending with a beautiful scenic stretch, a woodland workout with the TRX or pitching up in a park with the battle ropes and kettlebells.
The options for outdoor workouts are limitless so no workout ever need be the same.
Outdoor Group Sessions In Marlow
I run an outdoor fitness session at Gossmore Park, Marlow. The session incorporate a mixture of resistance and cardio training, using equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and battle ropes, as well as body weight exercises. The sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including pre and post natal members, and all exercises can be modified to suit your needs. Babies and children welcome too!
The session runs come rain or shine. Come and give it a try!
