Any kind of exercise has its benefits—but nothing quite compares to the way training outdoors nourishes both body and soul. For clients who may not have any specific goals, other than improve mental health and love fresh air and natural beauty, I choose inspiring settings where we can fully immerse ourselves in nature’s healing energy. Whether it’s a mindful trail run followed by a peaceful stretch overlooking a stunning view, a woodland TRX session, or a powerful park workout with battle ropes and kettlebells, these sessions offer more than just physical fitness. They help release stress, clear mental clutter, and lift the spirit, reconnecting you with the rhythm of the natural world.

The options for outdoor workouts are limitless so no workout ever need be the same.

Outdoor Group Sessions In Marlow

I run an outdoor fitness session at Gossmore Park, Marlow. The session incorporate a mixture of resistance and cardio training, using equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and battle ropes, as well as body weight exercises. The sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including pre and post natal members, and all exercises can be modified to suit your needs. Babies and children welcome too!

The session runs come rain or shine. Come and give it a try!
