Personal Training

Our one-to-one sessions will start with a consultation where we will gain a good understanding of your current fitness,including your posture and any muscle imbalances, your overall holistic health, exercise likes and dislikes and your goals for the future. Whether you are currently in excellent fitness and simply want to try something new; returning after having a baby, a break from exercise, time off from an injury or making that brave step to prioritising your health and fitness for the first time, I will create a programme that is centred around you. We will work through a strategic model that will first focus on postural correction and muscle imbalances to make sure you are always optimising the exercises in a safe way. Mobility is fundamental in a good fitness programme and will dramatically decrease the risk of injury and improve your overall well being. I have learnt this the hard way with my own training and this has now become the most important part of my training.

Sessions are held at Fitworks Training in Beaconsfield

£50 per hour

Small Group Personal Training

Train with a group of your friends and get a lot of bang for your buck. These training sessions are for 2-5 people and are tailored around your individual needs and goals but done in a way so you all workout together. Grab your friends to work hard and laugh harder as you catch up and get fit at the same time. What could be better?

Sessions are held at Fitworks Training in Beaconsfield

£60 for the hour split between the group.
