Personal Training

Our one-to-one sessions begin with a personal consultation to understand your current fitness level, posture, any muscle imbalances, your overall holistic health, what you enjoy (or dislike) about exercise, and your goals for the future. Whether you’re in great shape and looking for something new, returning to training after having a baby or a break from exercise, recovering from injury, or taking that first brave step towards prioritising your health, I’ll tailor every session to suit your needs, fitness level, and goals. If motivation has been a struggle in the past, we’ll work together to uncover the ‘why’ — and find a way of moving that you genuinely enjoy.

We’ll follow a strategic plan that begins with correcting posture and addressing muscle imbalances to ensure you’re moving safely and efficiently. Mobility plays a vital role in your results—it reduces injury risk, improves performance, and enhances overall well-being. I’ve learned this firsthand through my own fitness journey, which is why mobility is now a foundation in everything I teach.

If your goal is weight loss, I’ll support you with a balanced, realistic approach that combines movement, mindset, and nutritional guidance—without extremes or quick fixes. Whether you’re aiming to feel stronger, fitter, or more confident in your body, we’ll build a plan that works for your lifestyle.

I also offer focused training for specific goals, including preparation for events like marathons, Hyrox, or other fitness competitions

Sessions are held at Fitworks Training in Beaconsfield, your home, or a park near you.

£50 per hour

Small Group Personal Training

Train with your friends and get more bang for your buck! These small group sessions (2–5 people) are tailored to your individual goals and fitness levels, but designed so you can all work out together. It’s the perfect mix of personalised training and shared motivation. Work hard, laugh harder, and catch up while getting fit—what could be better?

Sessions are held at Fitworks Training in Beaconsfield, your home, or a park near you.

£60 for the hour split between the group.
