Whether you join me for personal training or a group fitness class, I ensure that all the exercises will be tailored to your pre natal trimester or post natal stage. The exercises are designed to make sure you are doing everything you can to maintain optimum fitness whilst growing your little human and building your fitness back up after they have made an appearance.

Becoming a mother is the most life-changing experience and the emotional rollercoaster can be quite a ride. The magical love-bound highs can also come with some exhausting lows, and many women express feeling a loss of identity. My mission is to help mums find themselves again, to rebuild their confidence and achieve their goals. Whilst weight loss is fine to have as a goal, we must acknowledge the incredible journey our bodies have been on and focus on aspects such as postural correction, pelvic floor and diastasis recti (abdominal separation).
I design workouts that work on functional fitness, decreasing the risk of injury whilst helping to build strength and focus on the overall health and fitness.
I want to help more women take that leap to prioritise their mental and physical wellbeing. I want to surround myself with women who want to lift each other up and applaud each other’s achievements.
